Personal data refers to any information making it possible, directly or indirectly, to identify a natural person.
Depending on the context of your interaction with us, the information likely to be collected falls into the following categories:
- Identity and contact details — surname, first name, email, phone number, postal address;
- Professional context — company, job title, professional email, LinkedIn profile, resume/CV (in the context of a job application);
- Technical browsing information — IP address, connection timestamps, pages visited, browser type, and operating system;
- Content of your communications with us — any information you choose to send us via our forms or by email.
Mandatory fields are clearly identified at the time of collection.
ARTICLE 3 — Purposes, Legal Bases, and Retention Periods

- authorized Solganeo staff, within the limits of their duties;
- our technical service providers acting as processors under the GDPR (hosting provider, email sending tool, audience analysis solution, messaging provider, invoicing tool, cookie consent manager);
- administrative or judicial authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
ARTICLE 5 — Data Location and Transfers Outside the EU
The primary hosting of your data is provided by OVH, on servers located in France.
Some of our tools may, however, involve processing outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure these transfers are framed in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, namely:
- either to a country benefiting from an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Article 45);
- or by relying on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or a certification mechanism (Article 46);
- or, failing that, on the basis of one of the derogations provided for in Article 49.
